Jan 6, Akbar Mausoleum, Agra & majestic Taj, Uttar Pradesh

Woke up to sounds of construction and dogs barking at 7 am. By 10 Delhi was in our rearview mirror. It took four hours to get to Akbar Mausoleum in Sikandra, 10km from Agra Fort.







Taj Mahal. If there ever was a monument to love, this is it. An immaculate World Heritage Site finished in 1653 after 22 years of construction, Taj was built by a Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

Our hotel today was amazing. Sleeping bags are coming in very useful as it's only 8 above zero. Good night Agra.

    Spoko, kupcie se grzalke do wody, przyda sie wam gdzie nie bedziecie. Ale syf w Agra, nie?

    Hebale, chyba po Delhi kazde miasto bedzie mi sie wydawac czyste;)tak zle wam bylo w Agra? nasz hotel byl wypasiony, dzisiaj w Jaipur gorzej, ale wazne ze ciepla woda jest

    Powiedzmy ze byl ciasny i walilo kanalem w kiblu. W Jaipur jest duzo cwaniaczkow. Uwazajcie na siebie.
